The past few weeks have been pretty quiet. Two weekends ago, a stomach bug kept us homebound, and last weekend we stuck closer to home with a visit to The White Horse, our local, along with Catherine, Martin, Christophe, and Emilie.
Not much in the way of pictures, but we’ve planned a few exciting weekends before year-end that should bring some great photo opportunities:
- Early November: Trips to Marseille and Paris.
- Mid-November: We’ve rented a photo studio with friends, complete with gear, lights, and backgrounds. Fingers crossed, it’ll save us from buying the pricey nursery photos!
- End of November: Chiara’s birthday celebration with her friends in London.
- Just before Christmas: Martin and Catherine’s wedding—a perfect occasion for some festive captures.
For now, here’s a lone shot from two weeks ago… in a shopping mall. Sometimes, the quiet weeks make the busy ones even sweeter! 😊
Lumix GF1 – 1/60 sec at f/1.7, ISO 100 – Shopping in Westfield with Chiara, very exciting day for her – she wants to walk around, touch everything. Her favourite shop is “Bebe Bisous”, with giant cuddly toys, rocking chairs and ride-on toys.
Last Saturday, we gave Chiara a little treat—a WheelyBug Tiger ride-on! It’s an adorable, tiger-themed ride-on toy that doubles as a walker. Chiara absolutely loves it! For now, she’s mostly using it as a walker since she’s still a bit too small to reach the ground with both feet while sitting. Watching her zoom around with it has been such a delight! 🐯😊
