This morning, the kids weren’t exactly in a cooperative mood, so I shifted my focus to photographing trees at Kew Gardens instead. Despite an early start (9:30 a.m. at the gate) and ideal conditions—clear, cold, and crisp at 5°C—Chiara and Olivier weren’t feeling the smiles or the listening. Nature, on the other hand, was much more accommodating! 🌳📸

Canon EOS 5D Mk III – EF 24-70mm f2.8 – f/3.2, ISO 200 – Autumn colours.

Canon EOS 5D Mk III – EF 24-70mm f2.8 – f/4.5, ISO 200 – Autumn crocuses under a tree (yes before someone ask I did check the flower name on the web).

Canon EOS 5D Mk III – EF 24-70mm f2.8 – f/2.8, ISO 200 – Olivier sitting under a tree, messing up with his feet – in one happy moment (he just did not want to stay in his pram for some reasons).

Canon EOS 5D Mk III – EF 24-70mm f2.8 – f/4.5, ISO 200 – The one picture which made the trip worthwhile, the floor covered with leaves, which does not happen very frequently (I have a suspicion they may remove the leaves in the garden )
