Here are some snapshots from two wonderful weeks spent in Chalifert, France, celebrating Christmas with the whole family! šāØ
My First Two Weeks
Hereās a quick introduction to the important people in my life right now! While most of my time is spent eating, sleeping, or dealing with wet nappies, there are a few moments that are much more exciting. These are the people I see the most these days, so itās only fair to introduce them properly to you!
My Chair ā Itās not a person, but I really like it! I enjoy sitting in it (though not for too long, or I get grumpy). Itās a great spot for āreading.ā In the picture, you can see my favorite book so farāthough Iām not entirely sure I understand it yet!
My Dad ā Heās kind, but he often gives me kisses without shaving, which Iām not a fan of! Heās also a bit slow when it comes to dressing or undressing me, which eventually leads to some tears. But aside from that, heās a total super-dad!
My Mum ā Here I am enjoying some bonding time with my Mum. She loves me deeply, and I especially enjoy spending hours a day resting on her chest. Sheās the one I love the most! š
My Grand-Parents ā Iāve already met two of my four grandparents, and theyāre so kind and caring with me. Iāve also noticed they take great care of my mum, especially since my dad hasnāt been home much lately. They even sing and dance for meāitās so funny to watch!
Welcome Chiara !
On Wednesday, November 25th, at 6:02 AM, Chiara Emilie Gea finally decided (with a little help) to join us and meet her parents. Weāre overjoyed to have her with usāand yes, in case youāre wondering, she looks like her dad!
Here are a few photos from the hospital, taken just before and after her arrival.
